These terms apply to all products including stickers, apparel, mugs, caps, and accessories. PRODUCT INFORMATION All items are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, or material differences. ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product type, stock levels, and seasonal demand. SHIPPING Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. RETURNS & REFUNDS We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Refunds apply to the product price only. Postage costs are non‑refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect application of stickers, or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. EXCLUSIONS We do not accept returns or refunds for: – Change of mind – Incorrect size selection – Incorrect sticker application – Normal wear and tear – Damage caused by misuse or improper care CUSTOM ITEMS Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. CANCELLATIONS Orders cannot be cancelled once production or packing has begun.
