Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. Refunds apply to the product price only. Postage costs are non‑refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect application of stickers, or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. EXCLUSIONS We do not accept returns or refunds for: – Change of mind – Incorrect size selection – Incorrect sticker application – Normal wear and tear – Damage caused by misuse or improper care CUSTOM ITEMS Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
